Operator included
Every rental includes an operator
We don’t rent pumps without an operator.
When you book a pump from A&S, our operator drives it to your site, sets it up, runs it through the pour and cleans it out afterwards.
Why that matters for you
- Your crew stays on the concrete. They place and finish; they don’t learn a machine on pour day.
- The pump is set up safely. Outriggers, overhead lines and the reach are our operator’s job.
- One call covers it. Pump, operator and travel in one booking.

Can I rent a concrete pump without an operator?
No. Every A&S pump comes with our own operator, who drives it, sets it up, runs the pour and cleans out the pump. It’s safer for your crew and the pump is in experienced hands.
How much does it cost to rent a concrete pump?
It depends on the pump type, time on site, travel distance and site access. Call (732) 238-8600 or request a free estimate with your pour details, and we’ll give you a quote.
Do you supply the concrete?
No. You order the concrete from your ready-mix supplier, and we bring the pump and the operator. Book the concrete first, then call us with the delivery date and time.
How much notice do you need?
Call as soon as you have a pour date. The earlier you book, the more choice you have of pumps and start times. If your pour date changes, call us right away.
Which pump should I rent?
Choose by reach and access. A boom pump places concrete up and over obstacles, up to 131 feet (40 m); a line pump pushes it through hose into tight spaces and over long distances. Describe the site and we’ll recommend one.
